It is really great fountain pen and case. I enjoy my writing. Even though I had a issue with the first delivered pen, I had a good customer service to replace it.
I use them every day. I am writing my memoirs. The story of my life, and these pens help me reflect and look back over the course of my life and times. They are a great help.
The item is good quality but it does not match their description. I specifically ordered this item based on their stated 5x7 dimensions and this notebook is over 6x8. They were willing to refund me 50% but only did about 25% at first. I had to go back and request for the rest of the refund and eventually they ended up sending the rest. A pain and a waste. Oh ya, AND they use Amazon to ship, so much for supporting small businesses.
