The pen is beautiful and fits perfectly in the hand, the feel of it on paper is indescribable, the balance may take a bit of getting used to but once you hand does get used to it, it's amazing!
As for the customer service, they were so helpful, and when they THOUGHT my parcel was lost in the mail, without being sure that it was, they offered to send me another one exactly the same as well as a pack of ink cartridges, both free of charge. In they end they didn't need to as the original pen arrived. I will definitely buy from here again.
Ps, forgive my farely tolerable writing, just note the pen has made it to that farely tolerable point. My usual script is much like a 5th grader.
