    Developed to improve the security of online payments, Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode (3D Secure) offers customers the opportunity to validate their payment using secure PIN. If your card is not registered, Wordsworth & Black will omit this stage in the check out procedure.

    We are pleased to offer a return policy on orders within 30 days of purchase. We find that we have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of our products.   • How quickly will my card be refunded?

    We aim to process your return within 48 hours from receipt. Once the refund has been completed, it may take up to 14 days for your credit card provider to return the funds to your account.

  • How do I care for Wordsworth & Black leather cover?

    All of our planners are made of animal-free vegan leathers This leaves the leather’s surface more vulnerable to potential scuffing or marking, however, it also demands a greater level of care and upkeep. Due to the balance of materials and processes involved, detailing such as edge-painting is not completely resistant to damage and can very occasionally be susceptible to sudden or prolonged atmospheric changes such as temperature and humidity.

    Cleaning – Wordsworth & Black recommends cleaning the leather exterior of your planner with a soft cloth and warm, mild soapy water. Ensure that the cloth is thoroughly wrung out so it feels very slightly damp, and gently wipe the surface of the leather. Repeat using clean water.

    Care - Do not leave your Wordsworth & Black products in prolonged sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or other high intensity sources of light can lead to irreversible discolouring, fading and deformation of the leather. Do not expose to wet, damp or humid conditions or high temperatures. Water can be harmful if it penetrates the leather and can lead to the appearance of bubbles or marks which cannot be removed. Never soak the leather nor apply detergents and do not wash the fabric lining. Refrain from ‘feeding’ the vegan leather with products such as waxes, polishes or saddle soaps. This may leave the surface of the leather sticky, attracting dirt and causing irreversible damage.

    Bookmarks – The Wordsworth & Black bookmarks are made of high quality cotton threads which will unravel with use. To avoid this, dab clear glue on the ends of the bookmarks to prevent it unravelling.

    We are in the privileged position of making objects that, by their very nature, are not disposable and will never become obsolete. In fact, Wordsworth & Black are expressly designed to be kept and treasured.  All Wordsworth & Black are made with environmentally-friendly acid-free paper and we aim to keep packaging, and therefore waste, to a minimum.
