Don't rush inserting the cartridge...

The instructions are very confusing, especially for a newbie. I cannot say this is a great pen or not because I broke it w/in minutes of opening it. I didn't realize it was my fault until after I requested a return. I'm keeping the broken one and getting a replacement because I really want the pen. Next time I'll take my time inserting the cartridge.
